The HFP regulations were updated to include the emergency Community Provider Plan Timeline Designation regulation changes as well as non-emergency regulations regarding other process modification changes. The emergency regulations were approved by the Office of Administrative Law, filed with the Secretary of State and were effective on March 27, 2008. The permanent adoption of the above regulations were approved by the Office of Administrative Law, filed with the Secretary of State, and became effective on October 22, 2008.
