These regulations include the AIM emergency regulations which clarified enrollment procedures for AIM infants enrolling in HFP. The emergency regulations were approved by the Office of Administrative Law, filed with the Secretary of State and become effective on July 31, 2007. The permanent adoption of these regulations was filed with the Secretary of State and became effective on April 11, 2008.
